Description

Ready to create resolutions that actually work — without guilt or shame?

You’re not alone if resolutions slide away by February — most of us turn disappointment into self-criticism. But what if you could understand what really happened… and build resolutions that feel inspiring, doable, and genuinely yours?

This inspiring session gives you a gentle, practical way to uncover what held you back, reconnect with your deeper motivations, and design resolutions that feel achievable, uplifting, and aligned with the life you want to create — no shame and no “try harder,” just a shift from criticism to clarity and a way forward that supports who you really are.

In this session, you’ll learn a way to:

  • Turn regret or disappointment into clarity and insight, without self-criticism
  • Understand your true motivations and what may have held you back before
  • Generate multiple creative strategies to meet your needs and goals
  • Choose the strategy (or combination) that fits your life, priorities, and values
  • Make a doable, motivating resolution instead of a shame-based demand for action

Materials Included: Compassionate Journaling table.

Facilitator:  CNVC Certified Trainer and CALF Certified NVC Trainer Elke Haggerty, LL.M., MBA
