When we begin to integrate new skills into our lives, we may enjoy processing situations with a coach (e.g. to receive support, reassurance, and understanding, and to be seen and heard). I offer coaching to help clients integrate what they have learned with confidence and comfort.

I recommend taking at least an introductory class before beginning coaching, though this is not a requirement for individual coaching.

You can book single sessions. Alternatively, book a series of sessions to support yourself, family, or workplace in creating lasting change. A basic contract sets out shared agreements, for example about confidentiality.

Please note that while coaching can help you to find more peace, ease, and joy in your life, it is not a replacement for therapy.
